A man builds a machine that can connect his world to other dimensions. Whilst asleep a race of creatures enter to his world through his machine and threaten to conquer the world. As they leave the cabin entry point they encounter large creatures in the shadows and attempt to use their weapons on them to no effect. They flee the giant creatures back into their dimension where the man smashes the machine to stop their return then he leave the cabin to check what spooked them. Outside he discovers giant footsteps and with the sun coming up he sees Mt. Rushmore in the distance and ponders if they had assisted in driving the creatures back.
