History
Dale Rice was the father of Dr. Zander Rice, the surgical head of Alkali-Transigen. He was one of the scientists at Weapon X Program who bonded Adamantium into Logan's body. He was killed by Logan when he escaped from the Weapon X Facility at Alkali Lake, Canada.[1]
