Synopsis for "Lies"
Daredevil demonstrates his fighting prowess before dozens of Kingpin's men and Kingpin announces to them that they will take orders from Daredevil despite past grudges. Daredevil brushes aside the responsibility as only being done out of necessity to deal with the rampaging Micah Synn and that Kingpin and his men are still his enemy once Synn is dealt with.
Meanwhile, in the penthouse of Micah Synn, Horatio Piper rushes in to warn Synn of reports that he was responsible for kidnapping Becky Blake and killing another woman, for which Synn admits without remorse. At Foggy and Debbie Nelson's apartment, Debbie demands that Foggy refute the claims of Becky Blake and he does when she tells her story to the press accompanied by Matt. Matt is offended by Foggy's refutation and refuses to speak with him afterwards. He dons his Daredevil costume and runs off to the City Zoo to take out some of Synn's men who are expecting to receive a payment there and does so with ease despite a sneak attack by The Vikah that knocks him into the tiger pen.
Later at Matt's brownstone, Glorianna arrives to talk with him and Foggy shows up shortly thereafter. Glorianna lets him in and he explains to Matt that he had to do what he did to keep Debbie because he always felt like such a reject and Matt decides to forgive him. Debbie, however, has decided to indulge her obsession with Micah Synn and quickly regrets her decision when Synn needlessly slaps her to the ground.
