Synopsis for "Red, White, Black and Blue"

Daredevil senses Captain America's shield which he barely dodges before throwing his billy club at Cap, which each causes minor damage to the others' masks. Daredevil then lures Cap to a building where they fight with the other's signature weapon in their hands, with Cap wanting to bring Daredevil in due to the Shadowland incident. Daredevil correctly surmises that Bucky's recent trial is the reason why Steve Rogers is trying to arrest him so quickly since it would smear Roger's good name as America's top cop and make him accountable when one of its superheroes is charged with a crime. DD is able to leave by stating his client needs him more and is able to have Steve Rogers let him be for the moment.

Daredevil later secretly meets with a lawyer named Gene Loren and asks why he didn't take Mr. Jobrani's case. Loren reveals that he has been receiving mysterious phone calls which they suspect that someone does not want Jobrani to win the law suit. Visiting Jobrani's closed down electronic store, DD discovers activity beneath the shop where sound-based clones of Klaw are building a machine. Quickly finding himself at a disadvantage due to the high level sounds affecting his heightened senses, Daredevil attempts to flee but is cut off and the noise renders him unconscious. When he wakes up DD finds he cannot move as he is wired to a machine.
