Go back to the previous question. What do you mean, if there's time?
Matty, I wasn't fair to you, either. I think the reason I was so angry that you might not be dealing with your problems honestly and with courage is because I... I need that from you right now. I need you to be the one who can teach me how to do all that.
Foggy, what are you talking about, please?
I've... been sick, Matty. While you've been running around, I've been running to the doctors. And they're pretty sure--
Of what?
--they're running tests right now--
For what, Foggy?
... cancer.

Synopsis for 1st story
Nothing is going right for Matt Murdock. After getting short-changed by a greedy liquor store clerk, he discovers he only has $20 left in his bank account. And while he owns his condo and can dine out on his celebrity in the right establishments, with Nelson & Murdock disbanded, he has no money coming in. As Matt walks down the sidewalk contemplating his future, the Superior Spider-Man appears and publicly demands his surrender. Matt tries to call him off, but Spidey quickly goes on the offensive. Matt retreats into an alley and changes into his Daredevil costume, then draws Spider-Man onto a nearby rooftop. Daredevil realizes Spider-Man has been uncharacteristically angry and melodramatic, though he registers as the Spidey he knows in every other way. But before Daredevil can determine what’s wrong, a welcome diversion presents itself in the form of Stilt-Man chasing a helicopter.
The heroes jump into action as Stilt-Man attempts to rob the helicopter’s passenger of a briefcase. It looks to be a quick job until Stilt-Man reveals a recent upgrade - his suit’s arms can now extend just like its legs. He grabs Spider-Man by the throat and tosses him into a brick chimney, then throws the helicopter after him. Spider-Man leaps out of the way as Daredevil catches the helicopter’s falling occupants. He shouts repeatedly for Spidey to make him a net. After a momentary delay, Spider-Man does so and Daredevil and the two men are caught safely.
As they leap around Stilt-Man’s wailing arms, Daredevil asks Spider-Man why he’s coming after him. Spidey confirms it was at Kirsten McDuffie’s request, then mentions he recognizes that Stilt-Man’s arm upgrades are using tech repurposed from Dr. Octopus. Daredevil asks if “that tub of lard” is behind this attempted heist and notices Spider-Man grinding his teeth in response before lunging at Stilt-Man. Spidey berates the small-time villain for co-opting Octavius’ tech, but Stilt-Man grabs hold of his wrists and shows off his newfound strength by dislocating Spider-Man’s shoulder. Daredevil acts fast, focusing his hearing on the sound of the power source in the chest of Stilt-Man’s suit. He leaps into the air and jabs his billy club into the device, which disables the suit.
With Stilt-Man webbed up, Daredevil resets Spider-Man’s shoulder. He assures Spidey that he is not a danger, but confesses that their conflict could have been avoided if he had been open with Kirsten and Foggy instead of shutting them out. He asks Spider-Man if he’s good, noting that he wasn’t acting quite like himself earlier. Spider-Man says he’s fine before the heroes part ways.
Later, Matt brings Foggy a bacon and Limburger cheesecake as a peace-offering. As Foggy eats, Matt apologizes and says he’s always felt empowered by having a secret, and it’s become a crutch as he’s gotten older. He says he wants to do better, and asks if Foggy is willing to help him (not to mention restore their business partnership). Foggy says he is, if there’s time; but he’s been sick recently, and his doctors think it may be cancer.
