Darfar was a kingdom set between Kush and Keshan, and south of central Stygia during the Hyborian Age. Along with Kush, Peshan, and Punt, Darfar formed the first belt of the Black Kingdoms.

Darfar was inhabited by tribes of cannibals with filed teeth.

• Robert E. Howard's Darfar's name was inspired the Sudanese region of Darfur, though no reference to a connection between both has been made so far in Marvel Comics' books and magazines.
