Synopsis for "Heart of the Hawk Part V : The Antidote for Civilization"

Darkhawk battles Venom, and sees into his camouflage trick but almost succumbs to his tendrils. Venom relinquishes Darkhawk, who escapes and encounters Bazin and his crew along with his father: Mike Powell. Meanwhile Grace is being held hostage, and elsewhere, Tombstone tries to discover the secret to using the amulet by having it evaluated mystically, however, it backfires. Back on the island, Bazin demands answers from Mike who refuses, later they scuffle and Bazin shoves a knife in him. Lodestone apprehends DH on the part of Bazin who is about to shoot him until Mike fires a bullet into Bazin. DH passes out from his missing amulet.
