Darque Hold was how the caverns deep inside Mount Wundagore were known. It was believed Chthon wrote the Book of the Darkhold in one of its chambers.[1]
After reassembling the Darkhold, Modred lured Quicksilver to the Darque Hold and summoned Chthon to possess him, intent on bringing about the end of the world.[2] That plan, however, was thwarted by the Mighty Avengers.[3]
