Daryl Kane was a crimelord who operated in the Falcon's neighborhood. He attacked a construction site that he was responsible for under the guise of Nemesis. Sergeant Tork engaged him in battle, but the Falcon intervened when Tork's weaponry had no effect on him. Nemesis beat him, but lost their second battle when his suit was damaged.[1]
