Michael, who in his disillusionment had created his own holographic family, decided to take revenge on the rich that forced the poor into lives of hardship. To this end he created the costume of Data Pirate and rushed to a twen-cen auction to rob the items up for bid. Unfortunately at the auction was also Miguel O'Hara, who immediately changed into the costume of Spider-Man and chased down and defeated the Data Pirate.[1]
