History
David Cannon was a mutant super-villain under the employment of Ulysses Klaw, who was stopped by Wasp after committing a robbery, and put in custody in the Big House.[1] When a massive breakout was produced in all the prisons for superhumans, he escaped.
Whirlwind was eventually recaptured and imprisoned in Prison 42 in the Negative Zone, but was killed shortly after when Annihilus and his minions attacked.[2]See Also
