History
David "Davy" Crockett was a 19th century American folk hero, frontiersman, soldier, and politician. He represented Tennessee in the U.S. House of Representatives and served in the Texas Revolution.
Events
The Human Torch and the Thing the Fantastic Four encountered Davy Crockett on a time traveling adventure.[1]
Texas Revolution
In 1936 A.D., the "Battle of the Alamo" took place, a pivotal event in the Texas Revolution. Following a 13d ay siege, Mexican Army under the President General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna launched an assault on the Alamo Mission killing all of the defenders including Crockett.[2]See Also
