History

Marduk was a member of the Sons of Satannish and the second-in-command to Asmodeus. When the group prepared to cast the Spell of Fire and Ice, summoning the fire demon Surtur and the ice giant Ymir, Marduk led an assault on Doctor Strange and the Black Knight. Though he managed to strike down and severely wound the Black Knight, he was easily defeated by the superior mystic powers of Dr. Strange. Like his fellow Sons of Satannish, Marduk was banished by their leader to the dimension of Tiboro.
