The Dead Lounge was the house rented by Deadpool from a real estate agent who dealt in hideout houses/headquarters for villains. The house was a luxurious apartment that previously belonged to Dr. Octopus. Deadpool rented it for $20000 per month and found himself as roommates Constrictor and Titania (who later turned out to be the shape-shifter Copycat). It was Deadpool who gave the apartment the name dead lounge.
