Synopsis for "Man, Check Out the Head on That Chick!"
Deadpool took a contract to break a female patient out of the Gutman Institute for the Mentally Unhinged and considered taking another that involved killing her. He fought the Vamp, who was hired to prevent him from breaking out or killing the female prisoner. The Vamp transformed into the Animus before Deadpool learned that Mary Walker had hired him to kill her, while Typhoid Mary hired him to break her out, although the mercenary broke her out before Weasel hit the Animus with a van. Afterwards, Deadpool learned a that Bloody Mary had hired the Vamp to stop him.

- The story occurs during Lent, as Deadpool mentioned having given up killing during the season.
- The last panel of this issue references the last panel of The Amazing Spider-Man #42.
