Notes
- The story is drawn like one of the early 1990s, when "inkers used 900% more lines per page", as told by Jordan D. White in the opening page. There is even an in-joke to the artwork of Deadpool co-creator Rob Liefeld, as the characters' feet are frequently hidden.
Legacy Numbering
- Based on the Marvel Legacy renumbering infographic, this issue is Deadpool #239
Trivia
- In the opening panel, Butler and Deadpool are playing Super Mario Kart, and Butler thinks about becoming "a virtual retailer".
- Sabretooth references a 90s conspiracy theory: "He likes Nirvana, let's have him shoot that guy and make it look like suicide".
- When Deadpool asks Windshear if he's really named for "a wind condition", he replies by asking if Wade's name comes from "a Clint Eastwood movie starring Jim Carrey".
