The Deadsled is a helicopter used for transport by Deadpool's Mercs for Money, as well as the Avengers Unity Division, and is typically docked atop the Schaefer Theater in Midtown Manhattan when not in use.[1]

Deadpool used the Deadsled in a series of missions given to him by Commander Steve Rogers, culminating in the theft of a Terrigen Mist sample, which he delivered to the Avengers Mansion so that it could be used in an effort to help mitigate the effects of the M-Pox on the mutant Rogue. Rogers then gave Deadpool an Avengers Identicard, recruiting him to the Unity Division.[2]

Deadpool next used the Deadsled to rescue a tax collector from the Arizona Nationalist Organization as part of his burgeoning Mercs for Money operation; however, the man was unable to pay him.[3] The Avengers Unity Division later took the Deadsled to Boston to confront the Shredded Man.[4] After a hard-fought victory, they flew back to the Schaefer Theater in New York City.[5]

The team next took the Deadsled to Connecticut where they discovered Wrecker driving erratically towards New York in hopes of being thrown back in The Cellar before Jim Curry was murdered on the inside. Unfortunately Doctor Voodoo informed him that he was too late. Wrecker then revealed that he had broke out of a different prison and Synapse sensed that he was telling the truth and that he was not alone. Maria Hill then revealed herself and informed them that they were all in danger if being incarcerated. S.H.I.E.L.D. arrived to take Wrecker and Hill back into custody, but the Avengers helped them escape, then took the Deadsled to see this prison for themselves, a place called Pleasant Hill.[6]

After Captain America gave Deadpool a mission to track down rogue S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Phil Coulson, Wade took the Deadsled to the Preston Residence in Queens. There Agent Emily Preston told him he could find Coulson at one of Fury's secret bases located in the Catskill Mountains.[7]
