History

The Department of Dinosaur Control is a joint task force between the American Museum of Natural History and the Bronx Zoo, which was dedicated to detaining dinosaurs that threatened New York City.

After Hulk attacked and defeated Devil Dinosaur on Essex Street in the Lower East Side, the mutant Devil-Beast was turned over to the Department of Dinosaur Control where he was held at the American Museum of Natural History on the Upper West Side until Moon Girl broke into the facility and the pair smashed their way past both the Department of Dinosaur Control personnel, as well as the NYPD.
