History

The Deutsche Marine is the German navy born after the union of the two Germanys, when the West German navy was called Bundesmarine which in turn was born from the ashes of the Kriegsmarine in force during the Second World War which in turn was heir to the Kaiserliche Marine in force during the First World War.

The Kriegsmarine clashed with the Sub-Mariner many times and almost always emerged defeated.
