History

Diamante was a Post-Human that lived in the Vault, an area of accelerated time where the Children of the Vault lived. Diamante acted as a living repository of the history of the Vault through his link to the Vault's artificial intelligence caretaker the City. While he was in stasis in the Crèche, the location where Children of the Vault were reborn after they died, he was captured by Wolverine, Synch, and Darwin who were investigating the Vault and used his connection the City to obtain intelligence.[1]

Attributes

Powers

Photographic Memory: Diamante never forgets anything he experiences.

Constant Psyche: As a secondary effect of his photographic memory, even after he evolves through death and resurrection, Diamante's psyche is the same in all his incarnations, effectively making him unchanging.[2]

Notes

  • Diamante is Italian, Portuguese and Spanish for "diamond."
  • Diamante has no number among the Children since he doesn't change after evolution.
