History
Diane Arliss was the sister of Todd Arliss (aka Tiger Shark), who often helped the Sub-Mariner in his dealings with the surface world.[1]
Diane met Walter Newell (Stingray) while interacting with Namor[2] and they eventually started seeing each other.[3]
After they were married, Walt and Diane Newell leased out their Hydrobase facility to the Avengers as a launching site for their Quinjets.[4]
