Ditko Juvenile Detention Center operated out of New York City. Peter Parker was sent here for constantly getting into trouble after the death of his Aunt May and the arrest of Uncle Ben. Harry Osborn and Flash Thompson were also sent here for drug possession. Peter escaped after he could no longer take Flash's bullying.
