History
The Doc is a female Atlantean with a background as a physician working in the Atlantean boondocks known as Submera.[1]
She was contracted by Professor Banner to extract some marginal magics found within a stone buried in kelp fields managed by a host of incestuous Atlantean denizens who used it to create their enchanted narcotic called Black Mash. In exchange for Banner's counterpart; the Hulk taking said caustic substance's main ingredient, which Banner had her surgically implanted within himself. The Doc would be free to travel the world once they made it to the surface.[2]
After a harsh life or death battle between the green goliath and Submera's resident crime boss Old Sharky and his myriad enforcers, the two would finally make landfall where a briefcase would be found waiting for them.
The Atlantean woman would confess to Banner about choreographing events from start to finish before knocking him out with her mystic tune in order to extract the rock sliver from his chest.[1]Attributes

Doc is a Homo mermanus subspecies known as a Siren, a kind of female Atlantean possessing all the common traits of her race, but she lacks the weakness of asphyxiating in open air, enabling her to thrive on dry land; plus her unique genetics grant the Siren genus predominant magical abilities begotten through enchanted singing.
- Siren Song: Unlike the hypnotic arias bequeathed from the Sirens from Greek Legend, the Atlantean Siren's song simply lulls whomever should listen to it into a deep slumber.[1]
