Doctor Time possessed a clock (or the ability to manipulate a clock) to controlthe flow of time and began collecting other clocks in an attempt to conquer the world. He was confronted by Spider-Man and Vision but due to his abilitiy easily escaped their capture. He began toying with themuntilhis powers seemed to stop because he had forgotten to wind his clock.[1]
