History

Don of the Dead's Cartel was based in the state of Michoacan in western central Mexico. The cartel was involved in the drug trade, specifically the manufacturing and smuggling of methamphetamine. When the Taskmaster visited Don of the Dead, there were rows of Recreational Vehicles in which there were meth labs.

The cartel's power was such that whenever there were disputes in Michoacan, it was to the cartel that they turned to not the police. Members of the cartel all wore masks with costumes, either skull masks with dark clothing or lucha libre masks with wrestling pants and gloves. The cartel's drugs were distributed as far north as New York City, and its reach extended just as far.
