History
Donahue Development was an american Research & Development company owned and directed by businessman Trevor Donahue.[2]
When Trevor Donahue decided to give former rival Tony Stark full control of Donahue Development's assets and facilities, Stark rebranded the company Stark Enterprises, setting its headquarters in the former Donahue Development's New York City building.[1]
