History
Donald Planet was subjected to some kind of experiment that increased his strength and durability. He was hired by a crime boss to destroy three taxicabs, one of which contained a casette tape that had incriminating material on it. He was defeated by Moon Knight. Later he attempted to sell arms to a Latin American group, he was stopped by Iron Fist and Luke Cage. [1]

Notes
Planet's enhanced durability requires concentration, similar to Iron Fist's powers, but for Planet his entire body is enhanced.
