History
Doreen Green was born with an unknown modification to her DNA, giving her squirrel-like powers, a long, furry tail, and the ability to talk to squirrels. Doreen takes full advantage of her powers fighting crime as Squirrel Girl and is a longtime member of the Great Lakes Avengers.[2]
On one of the Guardians of the Galaxy's visits to Earth, Squirrel Girl got in an argument with Rocket Raccoon as to whether Raccoons or Squirrels were tougher.[3]
On Barton Farm, some squirrels went missing and Squirrel Girl needed help finding them.[1]
MODOK Operandi[]
Squirrel Girl received a strange gift, in which it had wings that took control of Doreen's mind as soon as she put it on. She would meet Taskmaster in Central Park and fight him, but he managed to defeat her and free her from the wings' control.[1]
Panic at the Picnic[]
Squirrel Girl found M.O.D.O.K. locked inside of a small prison in Chronopolis. He stated that he was a cosplayer and was locked up because people thought he was the real M.O.D.O.K. Squirrel Girl went to find the password to let him free and invited him to be at a party later. During the party, M.O.D.O.K. revealed himself and caused chaos. However, with the help of Koi Boi and Chipmunk Hunk she was able to take him down.[2]Attributes
