History
Dorothy Walker was Patsy Walker's mother when she had teenage comedy adventures in Centerville, where Dorothy tried to control every aspect of Patsy's life. Dorothy eventually died, but came back as an animated corpse when Patsy had became superheroine Hellcat and had gritty superhero adventures. Once again, Dorothy tried to control Patsy by breaking the fourth wall, but Patsy defeated her by literally ripping her of the page and taking control of her own adventures.[2]

Fourth Wall Breaking: Dorothy Walker became aware of her status as a comic book character and started controlling Hellcat's life, shifting her between the fictional teen/comedy world she created, and the canonical Marvel Universe.
Weaknesses
Paper Dependency: Dorothy's powers are only active if her image is in a comic book. Being torn from the page renders her useless.
