History
Doktor October was a member of Red Dawn, who were a team of Russian elite parahuman commandos who were placed into suspended animation in a submarine off the coast of New York. The initial plan was for the soldiers to be activated in the event the Cold War turned into a real war, however, the submarine was left untouched until it was discovered in the year 2099. Alchemax uncovered the sub and Tyler Stone began the process of waking the Soviet agents. Miguel O'Hara was also brought along and uncovered the truth and so tried to stop the process, only releasing Chernobyl.[1]
