History
Draco was a cyborg whose mechanical side dominated his human side. His programming insisted he constantly grow and improve upon himself, leading Draco to become a corporate raider and power broker in 2099. He sought to control all of Hollywood, but was opposed by the Hulk and Lotusland Studios.
