Drakes Bay is a bay on the California Pacific Coast, a few miles north of San Francisco.
History
Fleeing the Army unleashed against him by President Rex Carpenter, Adam Warlock found refuge in the tranquility of Drakes Bay. While meditating there, Warlock was joined by Astrella.[1]
