History

Dredmund Cromwell sought power through a mixture of magic and science as the Demon Druid. He gathered an order of followers to attack Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D., but failed.

The Druid later fought Captain America through his creation, the Alchemoid.

After setting his sights on the Moongem, Druid began gathering werewolves. His assistants Moonhunter and Nightshade helped him create a small army of lycanthropes under his command, with pre-existing werewolves and animalistic creatures being drawn to the Moongem as well, such as Jack Russell, Wolverine, Feral, and Wolfsbane.

As Starwolf

The Druid's capture of John Jameson, formerly the Manwolf and host for the Moongem, attracted the attention of Captain America and Doctor Druid. The Druid performed a ceremony that sanctified the Moongem with blood and allowed him to transform into Starwolf, but he was still defeated by Cap and his allies.
