History

Judge DuPrey was actually the infamous Full Moon Killer.
Right after the Punisher found him, he was arrested by the police.

After the death of Mr. Brazo, DuPrey murdered his successor Mr. Shockett, and kidnapped journalist Jean Sutherland; he was eventually killed by the Punisher.
