History
Dwayne was a member of the Dystopian Gravity Police under the command of the Baron Maestro. He along with his fellow officers Layla Miller and Linqon who also despised the treatment that the Baron inflicted upon the people of Dystopia, helped the Rebels sneak into the palace in order to rescue their leader, the Thing.
After a quick fight, Dwayne and Linqon kept the rest the police force back long enough for the resistance members to make it to the prison area to find Ross, but instead he was in the throne room accepting a proposal from the Baron. Dwayne hasn't been seen after Layla left the castle.[1]
