History
Commander Dylon Cir was a Kree soldier and member of the Lunatic Legion who wanted revenge on Humans for the Kree Empire's defeat and death of the Supreme Intelligence during the Kree-Shi'ar War.[1]
He died when his body was changed into energy for an Omni-Wave.[2]See Also
