History
Earth-10170 was one of three worlds that were interconnected, the others being Prime Marvel Universe and one occupied by Echo People. Due to the nature of the "Echo World" this world was invaded by the Echo People several times throughout its history but was pushed back by the Sorcerer Supreme and "3-D Man" of that era. In the 1950's Jimmy Woo never disbanded the "Agents of Atlas" and the team eventually became the Avengers. In the recent past, the Echo People invaded again and caused a war to break out amoungst the heroes but they were eventually able to determine the truth and repel the invaders.In doing so, they shut off the path to the invaders, who instead targeted the Prime Marvel Universe. During a celebration of the anniversary of awakening Captain America, Jimmy Woo, Gorilla-Man and Bob Grayson possessed their Earth-10170 counterparts in an attempt to visit the Echo World. They learned about the history of this world before being transported on.[1]
