History
Earth-1991 is a medieval-fantasy world, ruled by Queen Rain (Wolfsbane) and her Prince Consort Douglas (Cypher). Many X-Men have counterparts here; the heroes are members of Rain's court, the villains oppose her rule. For unknown reasons, there is no counterpart to Wolverine.
