Earth-3490 is one of the universes Reed Richards came across while searching for alternate realities in which the Civil War ended differently.
In this universe, the entirety of the Civil War was averted wholly because Natasha Stark (this universe's version of Anthony Stark) and Steve Rogers were romantically involved, and eventually married. Richards also noted that the Hank Pym of this universe was "not a variable", and had been incarcerated.[1]Residents
