Earth-38119 is a similar reality to Earth-1218, where no known super powered beings exist. Thus, these exist only in fiction and known examples such as Spider-Man, the Hulk and the Fantastic Four are created by Stan Lee.
An unnamed actor portrays the character of Spider-Man, and was accidentally chosen by the Beyonder, who assembled a group of Spider-Men from different realities to defeat Spider-Carnage, a being from Earth-98311 who threatened to destroy all of reality. The actor was not allowed to take part in the battle until it seemed to be a losing battle, but after Spider-Carnage was defeated, Madame Webb allowed Spider-Man of Earth-92131 to meet his creator in Earth-38119.[1]
