History
Ben Reilly injected Abigail Mercury with a vial of angel blood to save her life. The blood turned Abigail into an immortal. After the death of her mother Cassandra, she started wandering the world until she was the last living being on Earth, aged 372 years old.
This reality manifested in the Prime Marvel Universe as a fabrication crafted by Mephisto when he interposed in Ben injecting Abigail, posing as the girl's time-traveling future self, and sharing her elaborate fake backstory to convince him to let her die instead.[1]Residents
