- Earth-77606 is the reality where the events of the first six stories from Howard the Duck newspaper strips take place. After Steve Gerber stepped down as a writer and Marv Wolfman took his place, it went in a different direction; it was later declared that post-Gerber strips are set in a different reality designated as Earth-78423.
