History
During a fight at the docks, an explosion apparently kills off Ben Reilly, Peter Parker, Kaine, and Mary Jane Watson-Parker. Ben Reilly was thrown into to the river and later found at a nearby beach. He awoke two days later in a hospital and, unable to figure out his identity, decided to live the rest of his life as Peter Parker.[1]
