—Captain America[source]You are Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and I've called you together for one reason: the end of the world is here, and it's our job to stop it. You have your assignments. Galactus' heralds must be stopped, no matter what. Do whatever it takes to destroy the machines they're creating, and then we take the fight to Galactus himself. This isn't a battle of good versus evil; it's a battle of survival. We fight to save humanity itself. The world is counting on us, and we will not fail. Each of you are heroes; but today, we are all Avengers.

Notes
- While primarily based on Earth-616, this reality uses minor aspects from Earth-199999 and Earth-10005, mainly in characterizations of certain characters such as Iron-Man, Hulk, and Wolverine taking specific cues from their respective film counterparts.
- Christopher Yost indicated in an online chat session that he intended Wolverine and the X-Men and Earth's Mightiest Heroes to be in the same universe. However, as that chat session took prior to the cancellation of the Wolverine and the X-Men second season, there is no unique proof in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes that the two share a common continuity.
- Producer Joshua Fine confirmed in a forum post that if a season 3 of Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes had moved ahead the show would have broken continuity with Wolverine and the X-Men.[2]
- Another popular, speculation presumes that Spectacular Spider-Man takes place in the same reality, due to Spider-Man originally being voiced by Josh Keaton, who also voiced the character in that show. Later, Christopher Yost and Josh Keaton confirmed this.[3][4]
- This reality seems to have been initially meant to connect to Earth-12041, as Drake Bell replacing Josh Keaton served as a tie in to the recent released series Ultimate Spider-Man, as well as a flashback scene in the eighth episode of Marvel's Avengers Assemble reusing the characters designs of the Avengers in Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
- Despite all of this, there are numerous contradictions in both shows, as well as said shows gradually becoming more aligned with Earth-199999 and Earth-1610. Many of the characters in all shows of Earth-12041 lack elements from their counterparts in this reality, namely Luke Cage and Iron Fist being younger, Ant-Man and Wasp having a fully grown adult daughter, and Black Panther not being apart of the Avengers earlier.
- Prior to Thor: Tales of Asgard being confirmed to take place in this universe, it was separately listed under Earth-TRN140 as part of our Temporary Reality Numbers classification system.
Trivia
- Had Wolverine and the X-Men and The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes not been cancelled, further storylines to be adapted in this reality would've included Age of Apocalypse,[5] Ragnarok,[6] Avengers vs X-Men, M-Day, Evolutionary War,[7] Civil War, and Secret Wars.[8]
- Further characters to have been introduced in the story arcs would've included Apocalypse, Sunfire, Cameron Hodge, Anole, Callisto, Gazer, Unus the Untouchable

- ↑ Keaton, Josh (June 6, 2023) But Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes was going to be kind of like my sendoff, so I was like 'Alright, that's sweet! At least I get to play Spider-Man in this last thing. That's cool, that's awesome.' And then, the night that it aired, I was going to watch it...I watched it and I was like 'Wow, that's not my voice!' He's hitting all the same beats I am hitting as me because the animation was probably already all done so they had him just kind of listen and repeat to what I did and say 'Now, you do it.' Then when I looked at the credits, it said Drake Bell and that's around when they announced 'We are coming out with Ultimate Spider-Man!' and Drake Bell is going to play Ultimate Spider-Man. I was like 'That sucks! That sucks that they did that to me!' Like they could have at least called me so I wouldn't have gotten so excited. Twitter. Archived from the original on August 9, 2025.
