History
This reality differs in many ways from Earth-616 due to various manipulations to the timeline by Mephisto-616. The first known divergence of this reality from Earth-616 happened just before Peter Parker and Mary Jane's wedding [2] and right after Eddie Muerte is arrested. Unlike his Earth-616 counterpart, this Eddie was saved from arrest by Mephisto-616. This resulted in a chain reaction in which Peter missed his own wedding [3] and Mary Jane decided not to marry Peter due to him being Spider-Man. However, they still decided to stay a couple.
After getting shot by a sniper hired by Kingpin, Aunt May in the hospital secretly got magically healed by Mephisto-616. [4] Learning that Aunt May is going to make a recovery, Kingpin sent an assasin to assasinate Anna Watson and then Mary Jane and the rest of her family. Peter stopped the assasin and found out the assasin was Eddie Muerte. Peter decided that his loved ones will never be safe with his identity public, which he revealed in Civil War, and requests Doctor Strange to erase the memory of his identity from the world. Doctor Strange decides to go to the Astral Plane to talk this matter with Tony Stark and Reed Richards. [5] They decided that everyone but Peter should forget his public unmasking. Peter agreed but also got Mary Jane under the memory protection spell too at the last second. After the ordeal, Mary Jane got mad at Peter for not letting her forget too. Mary Jane concluded that being with Peter puts her family in constant danger and decided to broken up. T[6]

- This reality represents the changed timeline of Spider-Man after the events of One More Day. Since the timelines of this reality and Earth-616 are merged, some of the events of One More Day and Amazing Spider-Man Annual #21 are overwritten from Earth-616 and replaced with the events of this timeline along with seemingly some other small differences in the overall due to the erasure of the Peter/MJ marriage.
