History

Steven James Rogers was a 42 year old homeless veteran who suffered from delusions induced from paranoid schizophrenia (who appeared to dress in an outfit similar to Captain America, but with suggestions his belief he was derived from his health conditions). After meeting with someone to discuss government aid, he was met by some kids who ran away with his Rubix cube. The kid accidentally walked in on some criminals and Rogers attempted to rescue the child, but was killed in the process. This reality was seemingly shown or generated to Captain America of the Prime Marvel Universe when he was fighting the Red Skull for the Cosmic Cube.
