History
Bruce Banner awoke in an emaciated state. He asked for help, but he was ignored. That was when Animus offered to help Banner and transformed Banner into the Hulk. Then during a celebration of Doc Samson as the world's greatest super hero. However, the villain Doughboy confronted and defeated Samson. This destroyed Samson's reputation as a superhero, and everybody left him.
Then Samson's girlfriend Angela Lipscombe dumped him for Bruce Banner. As Angela dragged an emaciated Banner around, a remark from Banner caused Angela to lash out at Banner over dumping her years earlier, resulting in her dumping him. All this was seen in a dream shared between the Bruce Banner, Leonard Samson, and Angela Lipscombe of the Prime Marvel Universe that was created by Animus.[1]See Also
