History

In this reality, Max Meer, presumably controlled by Gretta Rabin's telepathic powers, managed to ascend to become leader of the world, using his natal country Draburg as a war machine to conquer the world.

On a rampage over the free world, he killed every hero and enslaved the populations, sending them to Nazi-esque camps and causing the death of millions.
