History
Simon Garth was a zombie who resided in New York City which had been overrun with virally-formed hordes of zombies. At some point he discovered a boy, Donny, who possessed the other Amulet of Damballah. Donny was going to be attacked by the Horde, but Simon saved him and so Donny brought him to the base of the Defenders where the Amulets activated and allowed Donny to control Simon's actions. The group realized they could use Simon's body as the power source to activate the N.E.C.R.O. Bomb. However, when the time came, Donny did not want to see his friend die, so Moon-Girl helped the pair escape. As they left, Simon discovered a flower and thought that today was a beautiful day.[1]
