History

Eddie Yarkov met with several other major drug traffickers from Europe and the United States. They were there to see a new foolproof method of smuggling cocaine and were in discussions to create a partnership to create a global cocaine syndicate which would dominate the cocaine trade. The Punisher followed them to Scotland, crashed their meeting, and all of them were slaughtered.
